how to read logs

I entered a crystal OXE with version 11 remotely using RMA but i always see logs,
1. how to solve this error
2. Is their any document showing how to read logs?

The set firmware or configured set (device) type is not correct.

Sorry for late reply but maybe someone else has the issue in the future.
