Well your router will do the vpn routing right? So actually the media used (WiFi, mpls, etc) is up to you.

Sir, you have the extensions and logs, we don't have magic balls available to see your environment.
As said you are testing non validated sets so it's up to you to test and validate.

The one who sends the invite is the set, not OXE. So ask Avaya guys how.to change that in the Avaya set.
OXE is just the gateway

There used to be a program at ALE which allowed you to upload music to the phone, the procedure was to send them the guide and they did the conversion and sent a binary file.
So, the music is inside the bin, not accessible by users
