Try by recreating the scheduled report under your own account "admin" ....
and set the language for your favorite date format

Maybe its dependant on the "job-owner" settings... in this case "admin"

Is it a real ISDN2 of a ISDN2 interface on for instance a dsl connection.... I had the same problem... replaced the dsl with a real isdn2 and it solved the problem.... Is synchronisation set SHELF > BOARD > DIGITAL ACCES ... set to 200 (or something simular..) check by using the infocs command

Are you sure the mail server is set up for mail relay ??

On the server try telnet <mailserver IP@> 25 to check if mailrelay is supported

Are you sure none of the accounting record where downloaded from the OXE ??? or only the last 2 days ?? in Omnivista check SYSTEM DIRECTORY / <server-name> / servers / SyncLdapPbx select the "specific" TAB. check item "days of records retrieved during first synchronisation" .... ...

I just did an upgrade to a limited patch because of this problem, should be fixed in 8.0.1.19a... check BPWS.. no problems on site sofar (since 2 weeks)

Did you check if al the services have been uninstalled ? (check with using service manager!) Are you sure it is not a domain controller ? No Active directory !! try running the uninstall tools suplied by ALU... (there is a fairly new TC about this subject.... with some new tools) I haven't tried the...

Do you have the license to monitor pcx-pcx (local-local) calls to get internal tickets ? if yes, is it activated (check mgr > applications > accounting) you will need this to monitor the call being transferred from A to B (internal call!) the ------- is the numbers masked in the OXE, check mgr > app...
