try to change value on other lable "chapsetup" from "00" to "01" or "02". Because, some of the telco is diff signal.

I try to run it on ESXI before. but you need a file " VOF" and conver by vmware version9 first.

remark:
i am not sure the file name is "VOF" or "OVF". you can check it out in vmware.
