I have tried the command but same error. I wanted to avoid a hard power but I think there is no other option. Thanks!

Hi everyone !I need help! I have this error on my OS6850E that I've never seen before. When I try to save the configuration:

CGT - OS6850E -> copy working certified
ERROR: Long term command in progress: Please Try later

CGT - OS6850E -> reload all
ERROR: Long term command in progress: Please Try ...
