I've implemented my network with captive portal service but some users connect to the portal directly without authentication (90% percent) and other connect by portal (10%) , how can i dissable the auth by mac and only restrict it by portal?

Thanks for answer. Yes, both equipment can make ping each other (as attached). Actually i've deployed like 29 same equipment and this is happennig only in two of them.
