Billing a call during the ringing tone

Hello I have a small question and a concern at the same time when we try to call our call center, there's usually a ringing tone (a ringing tone saying that you're in our company), but the problem is that when customers hear this ringing tone, the call is billed directly. explanation on traces

Hello everyone
I had a question. When I try to make T3 traces, I don't see the caller's number, but I do see another number.
num : a20
num: b103
I'd like to know where these numbers come from because I can't manage to explain the call traces.

Impossible to reach a driver error link out of order

Hello
We're having problems with one of our "7171" pilots. When we call the pilot from the main node, we get a message saying "link out of order", but when we call from another node, we manage to reach the pilot.

DjeSan wrote: 15 Feb 2024 03:30 Hello everyone.
I have a small problem, I managed to connect my 4400 to an IPBX. The problem is: on the IPBX side, I manage to reach our 4400, but the reverse is impossible when I dial the number range for the 6309 IPBX, nothing happens, no call is launched.
Here is the numbering plan
