• It's not the MAC@ of the computer

• It's not the MAC@ of the user (session)

So i think it's a mix between computer / user, but how ?

I use Alcatel IP SoftPhone, and since the 13 version of software, the state of F1 and F2 keys has changed :

• Before, the unlight was of by default (no light)

• Now, unlight is on on by default (blue light on)

Is there a parameter to change for this ?

Each user can get out of the group using a programmed touch "#40".
My question is how can i list at one time (in live) who is still in the group, and who is out of the group ?
