For some users, the incomming call popup doesn't work for the SoftPhone. Even if it is activated on the SoftPhone parameters.

Does someone know how is the MAC@ created for a SoftPhone ?
I explain :

• It's not the MAC@ of the computer

• It's not the MAC@ of the user (session)

So i think it's a mix between computer / user, but how ?

How is it possible to automatically forward an out of service softphone to an answering machine or message ?
Actually, we have "Out of service" when calling.
