Can't modified bios parameters on CS 3

I have a problems with my CS 3

i can't modified anything after press ^b i can enter but if i press î anythings can'do

i use a v24 cable for alcatel RS232 i use it to configure GD 3 and i can configure it but with the CS it is not possible

Please help very Urgent
