You need to remove the provisioned power supply first with the no powersupply 1 name Power1 type ALE low-ac (just remove the old one), when you've done this you can provision the new power supply

I've added the quickstart guide for these AP's in the attachments.
if i recall correctly, you have to go through the webpage the first time you power these on.

powersupply <number> name <string> type [ale/phoenix-contact/ third-party] wattage <75-185>
powersupply enable <slot>

The wattage part is only for the third party type, otherwise it is 24-48vdc or hi-ac or lo-ac

after this you should be able to enable POE

the firewall and vpn will be on other systems as the switch is just a "switch". as i'm not sure how far you are in using the switch, segregation with vlans could be interesting (camera's in a separate segment,etc...) otherwise features for home use aren't realy there as it is an enterprise...
