I thought so too however, if there is nothing configured therefore no selection is made in the AA by the caller within a couple seconds, it comes back and asks, "Are you still there?"

4645 Announcement Mailbox???

Is it possible to have an announcement only mailbox on the 4645 voicemail? I have tried AA Entry however after it plays the announcement, it states, "Are you still there." The customers wants the system to disconnect after playing the announcement. So, I created an AA with no options howev...

This has been resolved. While both consoles were built in the prefix plan, A001 and A002, the caller ID's assigned to the consoles, 1300 and 1301 were not built in the prefix plan. I added them and it works now. Thanks everyone!

The license is good, they have 6 agents available still on their license. The user set is set as an ACD authorized set and the CCD user is set as an agent. There is no headset key programmed on the phone.

a4400...Thank you for the reply. I verified yesterday that this is built in the system. It wasn't before from the installing engineer so I added it...however it didn't fix the issue.

If you have a GD rebooting when connecting to the console port, I have had this happen several times to me. I found out it is your console cable that is bad and when connected to the system, it causes a short and reboots the system.
