When MLAA route to ACD and welcome message of ACD not playing

Hi,

I have OXO connect 3.1 and configured MLAA. So from MLAA menu it is being route to ACD call center. we have ACD welcome message loaded but it is not playing and going directly to agents.

Anybody have faced this issue?

Meet me conference prefix will not work with 4135 as it is SIP device
