Re: IP Touch 4018 can't receive external call

Hi Razor, Did you check the incoming call routing? > connect through the OMC (OmniPCX Office Management Console) > go to 'Numbering' > go to 'Numbering Plans' > go to the tab 'Public Numbering Plan' > Check if your colleague's number is in it. So ther should be a line or a range (from start to end) ...

Re: OXO CONNECT R3.1 No authentication

Hi Franck,

Can you show us the header of the SIP invite please? This piece of the trace doesn't show enough information.

Thanks.

Re: Mobile 300 set on OXO Connect 3.1?

Hi Alex, We also encountered this issue and couldn't reinitialize the old phones on our OXO Connect 3.1 either. I tried to configure them in our labo system as a 3th party GAP device, but the PBX still seems to recognize them, preventing them from popping up in the DECT activation tool... You should...

Re: TELNET access to Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX Office systems

Hi G-Hart, You can login the OXO using telnet: - user: ftp_nmc - PW: tuxalize However, this won't solve your issue. In order to connect to a 3th party PMS and use it fully, you need the following things: 1. You need to put the ALE OXO in 'hotel mode' (in order to recieve/set room status through the ...

Re: SiP Trunk DID

Hi DBasilio, You have to check two things for starters: 1. Can the OXO reroute the external number to the Cisco when the OXO sets up the call (can you do CLIPspoofing) - OMC > System Miscellaneous > Feature Design > Part 3 - Put the 'external diversion mode' from joining (by default) in Re-routing -...

Re: Alcatel OmniPCX office small; outgoing calls not possible

Hi TheHermann, CLIP no Screening is only possible if your telephony service provider allows it. Often they refer to this feature as 'CLIP SPOOFING'... If they allow it, you can try to configure it as below: For activating CLIP no Screening you can put the PBX in 'rerouting' - OMC > System Miscellane...

Re: Alcatel OmniPCX office small; outgoing calls not possible

Hi, Did you trace it out? Use the ISDN trace in the PBX to check what numbers you send to your Fritzbox. Sometimes, if the timers are not set correctly, the PBX sends the numbers too early (even before you finished dialling) So you should check if you use your 'End of dialing table' (if not, try it)...

Re: OmniPCX Office - Console cable question

Hi, There's really no need to have an old serial cable. Even if you would put your PBX 'cold' and even if it loses it's IP adress, you can always find out the new IP by connecting the PBX's LAN port to a mirror switch. Let the PBX boot, and it will broadcast its IP adress. Then put your PC's NIC in ...
