@tot3nkopf Crystal Shelf. I am trying on both 6 and 20 positions. It could be the issue suggested by Alex and sitig i think. Card is factory delivered yesterday, hence there might be no binaries. I will load them and will update the status. Thanks @Alex, @sitig, @tot3knkopf

Find out the tone number you are using to seize the trunk. Go to tones in System and enter the tone number. You can change the duration of basic tone there.
