Go to Voice procesing/General parameters and uncheck "Password is required for messaging portal" , now you can disable password on each phone in voice mail box setings

Hi all, I have some Alcatel8001 phones connected to OXO connect, one of them doesn´t want to boot and stays in "Initializing" phase. I tried to plug it to PoE ethernet port, plug to 5V adapter, plug to adapter 5V without network, nothing helped to start this phone. Is there any chance to b...

Hi guys, I need to deactivate OMNIVISTA in ACTIS quotation because I dont need it any more after upgrade, how it is possible in ACTIS?
I have no possibility do uncheck selection "Declaration node for 4760 server".

Hi have you solved this audio issue with 8018 IP phones ? We have same issue on OXE, all phones and IP phones work fine except 8018, where is no audio. OXE R12.0-m1.403-18-b-sl , common hardware

You can send e-request to Alcatel-lucent, you have to provide phone number for modem connection and SW verion and they will reset password to default

Hi, do you mean that all cals are going to attendant station? You can use ISDN trace in OMC sw and check format of called number from provider and than setup installation table and public numbering table corectly. On your other system telco provider maybe has differend settings of called number form...
