I saw other posts said to add 'Fax' on ARS Route - Qulity. Normally I just add 'Speech'.
After adding 'Fax' it works normally. Could anyone explain why?
I found that 80 is "speech" and 90 is "3k1 audio" but cannot understand clearly.

Hi all, OXE release is 'R10.0-j1.410-51'. There are lots of dynamic voice guides(DVG) uploaded on site. I don't know how to explain,, but when I play DVG with tone test, sometimes it play other DVG or somtimes play mixed with other DVG. It not happen all the time. To solve issue, I have to reset GPA...

I don't understand but this isssue is solved by changing NPRAE board sync to 255 (which is no synchronize).
After changing that config fax is working just fine.
