normaly you get this error if you have setup secure access on cmis.
see TC0734.
to reset the access in pbx
- put MAO off.
- Launch multitool SECURITY_ACCESS.
- Select option 10: Security access reinitialization.
- put back MAO on.
in 4760 uncheck the cmis secure access on the connection tab.

NAT has nothing to do with SIP Trunk in OXE. You have to solve the NAT question at you router or firewall. Or you can use a SBC at our side see ALU doc "CPSA27_SBC_for_Enterprise_Voice&Applications_Solutions_ed3"
