As what I expected, it's due to firewall issue. After opening tcp port 2539-2542, we are able to perform audit successfully.

No. OXE security not activated, only network firewalls activated.

OK they look ok, under the broadcast parameters what is numbering plan set for.. they also need to be all turned on if thats what you want to audit

yes, all nodes broascast = yes.
have restarted the broadcast for 3 nodes and still facing the same problem.

Have also opened up the firewall port for tcp 10000-10499 and udp 2556.
Could it be due to firewall issue? Do you know what other ports need to be opened?
