Hey! Have you tried Pilot direct call? here you can see all outgoing calls form the Agents in the specific PG as long as the Outgoing ACD call is true in the PDC configured Pilot statistics.

Hi ray_III, There are many possible ways or points within the statistics where the missing call counters can be calculated but this may also depend on the routing configuration. if you have a solution then brilliant, if not I can probably help but I need more info e.g. a copy of your General sheets ...

I'm not sure but the Alarm config you mentioned is probably the SL value for the Excel reports, I know that it definitely is in the Standard edition.
