this happens when extension is configured as SIP device. Extensions which are configured as SIP extensions are working fine. So I think it can be a problem with SIP trunk group or some timer setting. if anyone has experienced this please share your resolution.

I am not able to program wake up call to guest rooms using 4068 Attendant console.
when i dial wake up call prefix from attendant 4068 phone it display as unauthorized.
As there any thing that need to be done ....
