You have to update the sql table 'SchedDef' using Saybase central available from the 4760 server.
MailContent is the attribute you are looking for.

You can still ftp your tickets from OXE and put them to the 4760 loader directory. Delete Account.lis and clear the last polled ticket under system directory. Run a sync, all tickets should be merged within sybase.

No way! although the result is 0.0228 within sybase the OmniVista 4760 is using only 2 dp.

If there is no IP connectivity between 4760 and OXE during a long time the system go thru restricted mode. You have to:
Open the system directory.
Highlight NMC to right click on it.
Form the contextual menu select “complete synchro”.
