Hi..., I have a client with OXE Release 11.2 on hotel mode and connected to fidelio that is generating below string for long duration. I have seem similar posts for the codec mismatch but yet they all the post originators claim the codecs are matched ok and no success yet. Hope their is a work around for this.

Thanks for the feedback. Our ISP has set codec as G711. On the OXO I have tried all options on ARS prefixes section G711_10, G711_20, G711_30 and G711_60 but no change still. Am i changing the codec in the right section/area?
