Hi Murray,

thanks a lot for your support. This is what i´ve forgotten. That´s great, calls are routed correctly now. The pilot is still "blinking" as described above, but the call routing works fine. :)

Hello MrAnMo, thank you very much. We´ve already checked the settings...We cannot find anything... But the customer has informed us about a very, very strange hap...on Monday, after the migration of the OXE, there was a complete roll out for a new Firmware of the fax machines on the whole company......
