I got the following answer:

In Mcafee SecurityCenter - > Computer&Files -> Virus-Protect is active-> more , disable "Search for Unknown Viruses"

I try to contact the McAfee Support

For Tax files use 4760 or Alwin

Hi, I released a Version 1.1 on Customer Request.

The HKD 4068 V1.1 client supports now the old 4037 Version MyPhoneIPDesktop.
It can be changed in the Options menu or at the Installation Window.

I've released a HotKeyDial Version for the 4068 IPDesktopSoftphone with the same features as the HKD API version.

No chance, your set have to be in Service, if not, nomadic didn't work. There is no way around.
