Thank you!
I had something mixed up - and put the .netrc file on the OXE instead on the server that wants to connect.

ftp session to OXE 12.0 with .netrc
Hallo!
In the old A4400 (release 6) it was possible to connect by ftp from another server to the A4400 by entering this servers IP-Adress in .netrc file.
Now I try the same in OXE release 12.0 but cannot get it to work.
Does anyone know if this is no longer allowed for the sake of security ...

Re: incidents
Hallo Markus
you can also use a linux script like
grep `date -u '+%d/%m/%y'` /usr4/incid/inc-3.txt |sort > /usr4/incid/daily/inc`date -u +%y%m%d`.txt
grep `date -u '+%d/%m/%y'` /usr4/incid/inc-2.txt |sort >> /usr4/incid/daily/inc`date -u +%y%m%d`.txt

Hi,
this is a bit tricky:
Go to the menu and scroll down to the right icon far down
it looks like a PABX conneted to a mobil
Enter the security code followed by Ok
go right to IPEI and there you have it

what is obs_cur.log
I find the file /usr4/pmm/obs_cur.log and its history files obs_prev.log and obs_sav.log
and each day it collectes about 5-10 MB which looks pretty much.
Is there any information to be found, what "OBST Error" mean that are collected in these logs?
I have a suspicion that there ist something ...

Re: mgr -line exit how
I knew, I was stupid!
but this part of the screen was way up, and I did not really look at it in the first place.
Thanks a lot!
