I dont suppose you have the dialer code opensourced anywhere? If not, that's fine. I was hoping to understand how its doing what it's doing is all. Has got me out of some tight situations many times so thank you for your time in developing it over the years!

Great, Can you check that external accounting is turned on in Applications/Accounting on the PCX? Then also check in 4760 under Directory, System Tab, goto the PCX and check the Data Collection Tab. There should be a last .TAX file received. This will show whether tickets are being imported into 4760.

There is an app available on the app store, costs US$12 for ICS integration...haven't tried it as at that price it's a ripoff!

Toshi, he all ready said locally. Please post all of your log files, including the sun server logs.

You have managed the /Applications/Accounting correctly on the sites? If you check accview -tf on the sites that are not sending tickets, are there any .DAT files listed?
