P.s.. the call is getting thru but no logs on SMDR... Calls from other numbers are ok

Hi Everyone,
I hope someone could help me.. our OXE is getting call logs via serial connection but noticed that incoming calls were not recording from specific mobile numbers with (0917xxxxxxx).

@krzysioD there was No network time and date for all the ISDN trunks.
now the system seems to work fine after updating the timezone (ie timezone set correctly before) and rebooted the system.

Hi murphy,
thanks for your reply.. modfication by 4 was done by the client to correct the time.... and modification done by 0 was unknown since no one updating the time via swinst.
Time update by trunk is not set and no ntp server was configured.

Automatic Date Modification ???
Hello to all,
Hope someone can help me, One of our client is experiencing automatic date modification every day at around 12 - 1 pm and the system time always add up 8 hours from the original time.. this happens after upgrading the system to 10.1
