Any experienced CCivr installer here?

I faced some VPRM problem. It cannot find cmgrattachment.cpp file, and therefor the voice lines cannot be attached to any application.

I think that your problem is a CSTA initialization. Did you enter http://yourpcxip:2555 web page and application events in system for establishing CSTA exactly.

I am trying to change a voice message for the Main prompts voice (When the user first call) and deploy it in the CCIVR system that using (CCagent: Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX).

I made the .wav file but I do not know what the next step to do, to do to let this voice replace the original voice played by the PBX when the user first call.
