erp ring port "blocking"

Hi everyone

Kinda new in this, but amazing forum, tnhks for everything.

Recently I replaced an 6465 so I configured its vlan, ip, erp-ring etc...

The erp is next

erp-ring 3021 port1 1/1/5 port2 1/1/6 service-vlan 3021 level 1
erp-ring 3021 enable

But, by the time I connect it to my network ports 1/1/5-6 are "blocking" so I lose my network connection. Obviously when I type no erp-ring 3021 I recover all my connections.

When erp-ring is disabled ring state is idle
When erp-ring is enabled ring state is pending

I understand that this has a co-relation with spanning tree but I can't make it
Am I missing something else?
