Automated Attendant Missing

Good day to everyone. I'm new here and new admin of our telephone lines. I want to seek your expertise in automated attendant. Just a brief background, our telephone system is working fine when they are calling our trunk line an automated attendant is saying that if they know the local number they can dial it in or press "0" for operator assistance. Suddenly, users are reporting to me that some of their clients are saying that they can't dial the direct local lines. Upon checking, I found out that the automated attendant is not working anymore all calls are being redirected to our operator. I can still play the voice recording on the console but I cant figure out to activate it again.

Extension Cabinet: OMNIPCXL (4G)
