OXO Connect Evolution: FTR status: FTR KO. Connection failed : ConnDnsError

Hello everyone, i'm new on oxo connect evolution.
i'm go to 192.168.94.1 choose register, select porduct type Frontend WebRTC, enter DNS 8.8.8.8 and get this error "FTR KO. Connection failed : ConnDnsError"

What am I doing wrong here ?
