No Registration / safe mode active

hello guys,
i have a problem with 2 deskphones in my organization, the phone show me (no registration message) and in info tab down show (safe mode active) if i want to change ip address of phone or masque, and i press entre to save after restart keep loading old config.

what type of desk phone, what pbx software oxe / oxo) + version ?
