DTMF configuration

Hello,

We have trouble to use DTMF with our omnivista 8770.

When I dial a number and I want to use the 1, 2, 3 .... key to access services of my recipient, it doesn't work.

Can you say me where I can configure DTMF.

For information I use these phones, 4028,8028 and 8038 alcatel

you need a prefix. external features->DTMF end to end dialing.
also Phone Feature COS must allow DTMF dialing.

You need to switch set in DTMF mode dialing. You can press soft key (if present). Or dial prefix or suffix "DTMF end-to-end dialing".
