Update suscribers list + hardware cards

Hi !
Small question, because I can't solve it : I want to delete suscribers to free some universal licences and to get a cleaner view on the list, but I simply can't, because they're physically related to a slot-2 card that I removed (but it does still appear on suscribers list, like 02-xxx. I removed the slot-2 card a while from my small cab, and now I'm using a Compact cab with no slot-2 at all). I disabled them but I still kill my 12 licences, and I also have a 90-xxx list with several useless and disabled voicemails.

How to get a clean suscribers list and delete these 02-xxx and 90-xxx ? I haven't tried cold boot but I'm very scared of it, I don't want to loose my licence. I tried to create a new initial configuration file, but it won't import my new "cleaned" suscribers list.
