Genesys Outbound with VAD on SIP Trunk

Post by oliveiraa80 »

Hi Guys,
For the Genesys Outbound, using VADs GPA2 in OXE, we have modified the T2 ISDN trunk to SIP Trunk connection to PSTN.
After that, the call is dial properly, classified by VADs /Ghost Z, but no more audio (both ways) when the calls are transfered to agents (IPDSP)
We have checked IP Domains, CODECs, Compression in VoIP, Trunk group configuration, and use "ISDN All Countries" instead ABC-F.
Manual External calls from the same agents via IPDSP, working properly via that SIP Trunk.

OXE R. 11.0.1

Any idea about this issue ?

Thanks in advance

Hi,

It was solved replacing Voice Transfering Destination from CCD Pilot to RSI on the Genesys Campaign Group configuration.

Tks
