Alcatel Lucent 7360 auto detele timzone-offset when configure SNTP

I config SNTP on OLT 7360 Alcatel as bellow:
configure system sntp server-ip-addr 192.168.150.221 timezone-offset 420 enable
configure system sntp server-table ip-address 192.168.150.221 priority 1
SNTP was sync and system time correct with timzone offset (UTC+7). But After a period of time, timezone-offset auto clear, system-time incorrect with real time. (OLT is still synchronized with the NTP server)
Could you help me to troubleshoot ?
