Hi,
I'm very new to this, so apologies for the stupid question.
We have reservation agents that like to have access to their call log.
The agents log in on IP 4068 with Pro ACD extensions on them.
The phone Features COS allows the call log feature, but they still don't have the option when they press the envelope button.
Regular extensions in the company have access to that feature
Please tell me what am I missing.

Call log on ACD agents depends of OXE Release.

Ok, then check the parameter "Call Log on ACD Operator" under Applications/CCD/CCD/RSI system parameters

No, you need R12.3 minimum
