2 or more Agents in one processing group should call simultaneously

Hello,

i want to create a pilot in the CCS for a hotline with one queue, one processing group and in the processing group are the members and all members should ring simultaneously when the pilot get a call. It's possible or not? Thank you.

No not possible, you can use parallel hunt group for this, no multiline though on either set

CXan you explain - for what reason you need this? You hear ring. Lift handset. But call already answered by another person.
Parallel calls good enought in case - when you have some sets, but one person.
