Dect Phone Rooming

I have OXE 3 Node. but our 1 node's dect phone is not working in other node. our all dect phone number as like *4466 or *2000. how i solve this rooming problem.

Roaming not working at all or some DECT sets (nodes) working in roaming?

Our System version R100
Dect roaming license 240.
When i go from node 1 to node 2 our dect phone show network searching. We test too many dect set. We configure dect set as a Gap Handset and Gap+. But no dect phone working as a roaming phone.

Not work with R100, but I hope - principle the same as for OXE.
Main steps:
1 - right value for PARI and PLI (PARI must be with the same digits in the begining, difference will be in the last digits - depends of numbers of nodes and PLI).
2 - DECT sets number - must be present on visited nodes (f.e. like Network number prefixes)
3 - DECT must have roaming rights (before set registration)
4 - on visited must be created DECT set (shell)
5 - on home node shell number - must be present (f.e. like Network number prefixes)

When you visit remote node - if set not find DECT network - you have problem with PARI/PLI.

When i shell set true and go to save but its show me error. Object-1 directory number: Modification forbidden. Gap/Gap+ users present.
