Documentation for OXE
Hello Team,
I am new to ALE. I am trying to read about OmniPCX Enterprise and understand its components and -more importantly- the licensing model.
Is there an updated document that can help? On ALE website, I can see their are talking about OmniPCX Enterprise CM Purple, but i can't find any material explaining it other than the datasheet.
Thanks

Hi,
Licensing is depending on the features you get for the PBX.
ALE Partners use a tool called ACTIS where you design the system, and get a quote from it.

hi
i think it's more oriented for contact center and CRM
OmniPCX Enterprise Purple allows a state-of-the-art omnichannel experience for customer service teams and contact center businesses, based on the future hybrid cloud CCaaS solution that will help enterprises better engage with their consumers.

Re: Documentation for OXE
Thanks @frank and @haroun for your comments, appreciated.
So I understand there are no public resources where I can know/learn the system better myself before working with an ALE partner, correct?
haroun, yes I can see that on the ALE website where they mention the integration with "ALE Connect" which is the actual Contact Center server (so Purple can't do omnichannel CC alone, it is the call control part of it like the older 11.x and 12.x (not sure if 12.x is EOS already), maybe i am wrong here?
Thanks again.

Re: Documentation for OXE
Beside reading the documentation available on this (AlcatelUnleashed) web site from scratch, that would be the best.
Which reminds me that I have to upload purple documentation..

Re: Documentation for OXE
See the attached ZIP files which has a couple of PDF / POWERPOINTS from ALE.
No more complicated inter node networks, hybrid phones new SIP supervision, new phones, new boards, etc..
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.
