8378 IP-xBS Problems

Hi everyone,
I have a lot of Problem with IP-xBS on OXO Connect Evolution.
after I upgrade the patch of OXO, one of BS not working more, it seems, it can not take IP from DHCP so I use reset factory bottom but also it not working too,BS LED blinking fast and show it is in reset mode but after thatI have no ping of default the IP address.
Is that posible to isntall new firmware without aacess to web page? has anyone this problem too?

I also have another problem, my customer using Gigaset DECT telephone with this OXO Connect EVolution and IP-xBS ,every thing working fine exept DTMF, BS did not send any DTMF coede to OXO!!!!

I am grateful for your tips!!!
