hang up call between a terminal and a trunk.

I need to stop a call generated from a terminal to a trunk, try to stop it with the command outserv n but the call still does not hang up, any idea.

lot of ways
reset witch is not the adequat ,to do at each call
or discrimination
btw delete duplicated topics (u have 3 for the same case )

"outserv" is very polite command, :oops: it just waits for the all calls to end and only after that it takes an equipment out-of-service.
If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck.

That is the question. I do not want the call to take place. I want to stop it when it is being carried out.
What happens is that in Mexico the prefixes were removed, so I can no longer block cell phone calls, make a script to identify what cell phone calls are and if it does, but I use to stop it and the outserv command does not .
