DECT 100/300 Reflexes on OXE R12.3

Hi Everyone,
i going to upgrade OXE system running R6.1 with DECT mobiles 100 and 300 Reflexes Sets . New Release is R12.3 on CPU-8.
These DECT sets can work on new system ? and What should i do for upgrade steps ?
