Disable Telnet port 23 on INTIP3 card

Brains Trust,

Anybody out there know how to disable or block telnet tcp port 23 on INTIP3 card?

I have already disabled the telnet service through mgconfig, but the customer is insisting the port be blocked or disabled since it is still showing as open on their security scan. I have already demonstrated that telnet session is refused but apparently that is not good enough.

Have not turned up anything in the ALE doco's so far.

Any help appreciated.
