Re: No Response to SIP request
Seems a network issue where the RTP leg is not reaching the other side. Check with your network guys if they have changed anything on UDP rules.
Capture a Wireshark trace so you can follow it correctly, this capture must be done at all parties.

Re: No Response to SIP request
Why RTP?
Maybe it's a problem with signaling (Problem with the message ACK towards the Myteamwok system)?

Re: No Response to SIP request
He does receive the call...so signalling is ok, why would the ACK message go to another route, Port or anything? Signalling is using 5060 UDP or TCP.
The moment when you answer the RTP triggers.
So...as many years of experience ring my RTP bell, also because just solved yesterday a quite identical problem...root? Firewall guy blocked UDP ports from endpoints (iptouchs) toward the Sip Server.
I could be wrong? Of course. But as you provide no evidence, no logs, nothing and just ask for the best possible guess...then there you have mine based on my experience.
Cheers

Re: No Response to SIP request
I agree with your opinion and I am also so far skolneni to the idea that the problem is in the network.
Also I'll make traces and log for analysis.

Re: No Response to SIP request
I have checked incvisu and sipalarm and found the cause at the time of the problem.
5816=Minor failure in SIP component and TERMINATED_STATE failed to emit a Ack event.
Tomorrow i'll make traced and analyze.
