SIP Trunk issue

Hi vad,
I have two oxe , in one system 26 sip n/w link lic & in other 81 sip n/w link lic and is connected through SIP Proxy.
But after 21 channel, I am getting congestion error on both oxe.

You can have limitation - not only from licences but from management/hardware/provider requirements.
For example:
- you have no free codec (check with "compvisu lio" command) for voice on VoIP boards
- you have some limitation (f.e. IP/ IP domain) in your management
- may be exist some limitation from provider.

Make SIP trace.

Are you getting any incidents in oxe while there is a congestion

Analysis

This could result of two things :
-number of SIP licenses are under estimated
-Licenses are not released in some particular scenario and after a while, the number of available licenses is not enough to path though the traffic peak.

It has been found that for some particular scenario involving CANCEL method, licenses might not be released.



Solution
In such case ( no incoming or outgoing call possible) dhs3_init –R SIPMOTOR command will restart the sipmotor (10 seconds) and all blocked licenses will be released.
This CANCEL scenarios has been fixed in :

crqms 00122575 : fixed in j1.410.62 and j2.603.28
crqms 00147196 fixed in j2.603.36 and k1.520.36
crqms00162224 fixed in k1.520.39 + External Services/trunk COS 31/ change T381 : from 2 to 20

Issue:
In the SIP motor traces we could see the following
Fri Nov 21 06:02:08 2014 SEND MESSAGE TO NETWORK (213.213.213.213:16394 [TCP]) (BUFF LEN = 382)
----------------------utf8-----------------------
SIP/2.0 403 No license available

numerous of incident like :
02/18/15 - 11:57:13 Minor alarm
11f6[CMotorCall::methodInviteReceived] Call failed, No license available

randomly users could not make or receive SIP calls.

I will restart sipmotor and also i will check sip dump.
But can any one guide me what are all the things i get in sip dump.

The sipdump tool gives information about SIP calls and the SIP gateway. It’s useful in order to know in which
state the SIP calls are, to know which calls are handled by the SIP gateway, to release a call, to know the
inactive calls, etc…
