Problem on Night Service

Post by wallacezammit »

Hi,

I setup the ISDN External Services Trunk Category 19, overflow timer on no reply and overflow timer on waiting to 200 so that if someone calls on a set using its DDI after 5 rings of no answer call will be redirected to the attendant.

When Attendant is in Day service this works fine. I call an extension with DDI and after 5 rings Attendant rings.

In the night service of the attendant another extension is set up so that when attendant is in night service this extension rings instead.

When in night service if I call the Attendant group the call rings on the night service extension and works fine.

But when I call another set with its DDI, after 5 rings the call drops instead of ringing on the night service extension.

Any ideas?

Regards

What is the night answer point in the entity of the extn involved?

Yes that was it, I had to program the entity to follow state of attendant.

Thanks
