Error Voice Guide index must be on e-mga or e-mGD

Getting error while configuring Voice guide on GPA2 (Crystal Hardware) , let me describe what happened:-
1- I created the GPA2 board
2- DSP mangement , I created GPA DSP Program and I configured it : VG+4 Detections +Tone
3-I tried to create voice guide index MG ,it gives me an error : VG Item : voice guide index must be on e-MGA or e-MGD board .

for mor elaboration , kindly find the attached voice guide error file .
plase a advise , How can I solve this problem

Hi

Voice guide index MG is just used for commom hardware. In this case, as you are using GPA2, when you create it you associate the languages in voice guide language index. Go to you GPA2 board configuration and change the indexes like you need.

thanks for your fast response , I already did nevertheless ,the voice guide and music on hold are not working (not started yet)

Post config x and config x -v where x is the shelf where GPA2 is configured.

Also regarding what tgn wrote, did you send the vg files and MOH to the OXE CS?
It is what he wants to check with the commands he posted.

thanks for your support , I did transfer the VG files and MOH t the OXE , nevertheless ,these files were transfer to std not custom on user7 and DHS3ext .
I attached snapshots to shared you what happened , please advise , how should I do to overcome about this problem

OK, you have the VG files on the OXE, directory /DHS3ext/vg/flash/std .7
Post result of command config x and config x -v where x is the shelf where GPA2 is configured. Also post result of incvisu after restarting GPA2 with command rstcpl x y, where x is the shelf and y is the slot.

on the other hand i attached other maintenance command for voice guide , may be they are benefit .

please i had configured static voice guides on OXE 11.1 ( 4035T ) then i configured dynamic voice guides now i want to return back using static voice guides how can i do it also have you any idea about how to configure the pre-won thanks
