Bluetooth Handset works like a Headset

Hi,

I've recently bought our fifth BT handset, but this one is working differently than the other four. First of all, when I've paired it with a 4068 ip-touch phone, the handset name was "IC-TOUCH Handset" instead of the usual "IP-TOUCH Handset", and after the pairing process, the handset works like a headset, and the small headset icon appeared in the top row on the LCD screen. When I try to call someone, or pick up a call I always have to push the pickup button to hear something, the call couldn't be answered by just pick the handset (hook-off), every time I need to push that button, also in the outgoing calls. Is there any option to upg the firm on the handset, or there are different versions for IC and IP? If someone met this problem before, please help me out, cause the local dealer knows nothing about their stuff...
